He identified and resolved the problem right away, which was a huge relief! Mika, who took my call when I first made the inquiry, was also incredibly accommodating and professional. She immediately arranged an appointment and made the whole process easy and hassle-free. Their pricing is also very reasonable considering the quality of service you receive. I had a serious emergency leakage in my kitchen, caused by a previous installer who incorrectly set up my washing machine. Wow! Arrived 10min after i wrote the contact form on the website. A bit lucky they was arround but anyway amazing response time reading the request immediately. Took a quick look on it and asked major questions to understand the issue, gave proper information about what may cause the problem and what they can do about it and solved everything on first visit within 1h including arranging replacement parts. It was the best experience I ever had with an electrician. Price was very good for this excellent work and knowledge. I will come back if I need something for sure! We had an excellent experience with Chillout Home Serve 👌🏻 They came the same day, were professional, and quickly found the issue with our hot water boiler on the roof. Because access to the roof was very difficult, they didn’t give up, instead, they arranged crane on the same day so they could reach the boiler and fix the problem properly 🙌🏻 Very friendly communication, truly dedicated service, great workmanship, and a very fair price. We really appreciate how much effort they put into solving our problem. We will definitely call them again if we ever have another issue. Highly recommended! ~ J

ChillOut Homeserve were fantastic from start to finish. They recently installed air-conditioning in our Airbnb and the whole experience was smooth, professional and stress-free. Communication was quick, the team turned up exactly when they said they would, and the installation was carried out to a really high standard. I had issues with 2 a/c units and wanted to install a further 2 in my holiday villa. A friend recommended Andreas @chillout homeserve. Anyone else probably would have said those 2 units needed replacing, but Andreas was so professional and advised me all they required was a good service. Chillout Home Service installed five Gree A/C units in our home two years ago. We have them serviced once a year at low cost as part of the five year warranty package. From installation to this date we have experience no problems at all. Great service from Chillout HomeServe. I called many electricians and plumbers and they were the only ones who found the real issue with my water pressure pump. They ran a new cable, and replaced the faulty pump quickly. They are quoted a very good price for the work done. Andreas and his team were very professional and reliable.
